Cancellations
Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance regarding cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full amount. This ensures fairness and allows time to offer the appointment to someone else.

Running Late?
Please get in touch as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation at the artist’s discretion.
Travel
Travel is included for locations within 15km of the Richmond/Nelson area. Any travel beyond this will incur an additional fee, which will be quoted at the time of booking. Parking or accommodation (if required) must be arranged or reimbursed by the client.
Extra Fees
Early start fees apply for bookings beginning before 7:30am.
A 15% surcharge applies to bookings on Sundays and public holidays.

Changes and Alterations
Once the client has approved and confirmed they are happy with all aspects of their makeup application, it will be set with a setting spray to ensure longevity, Any changes made thereafter are not the responsibility of the artist.

Bridal Services​

Securing your date and booking fee
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required at the time of confirmation. This fee will be deducted from your total balance and ensures your date is exclusively reserved. No bookings are held without this deposit. Fees can be applied to a reschedule.
Payment
The remaining balance is due 7 prior to the wedding day. Payment can be made via cash, bank deposit, or a direct payment link can be provided. Full invoices are available. No services will be provided without full payment.

Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional charges. If cancellation occurs within 7 days the full amount is still payable. Changes to the number of services must be communicated in advance - reductions made after the final invoice is issued may not be refundable.

Travel
Travel is included for locations within 15km of the Richmond/Nelson CBD area. Any travel beyond this will incur an additional fee, which will be quoted at the time of booking. Kilometres travelled outside the usual service area will be charged as per standard IRD rates. Parking or accommodation (if required) must be arranged or reimbursed by the client.
Trials
All trials must be booked and paid for separately unless included in a package. Trials are highly recommended to ensure your desired look is achieved and refined ahead of time.

This ensures the makeup will be long-lasting, but more difficult to adjust once set. Any changes made thereafter are not the responsibility of the artist.

Use of Client Images - Media and Publishing
I often take pictures and/or videos of my work for my portfolio and social media. If you prefer not to have your images used, please let me know at the time of booking or prior to your appointment. Your privacy will be fully respected.

Unless stated as above, by booking a service you consent to the use of photographs and/or videos taken before, during, or after your appointment for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media platforms, websites, portfolios, and print materials.
